Has over nine years experience working with Computer Systems, and over six years experience in Customer Service. Is a Certified Customer Service Specialist, gained certification at Griffin Technical College, and a Certified Computer Hardware Technician. Mega-Gig Services was started to provide consumers with efficient, economical, and durable service.
JOHN HARVEY III - MAC OS X SPECIALIST AND LOW VOLTAGE CABLING TECHNICIAN
A well-experienced low voltage cabling technician with a background in I.T. and customer service, joined Mega-Gig Services in early 2010. Is a guru in a Mac OS X environment, and is no novice in Linux. Has completely eliminated Windows from his network and just rely on Macs and one Ubuntu desktop to provide print and file sharing capabilities between the Macs. Provides all Mac OS X support for Mega-Gig Services and is in charge of all data/voice cabling services.

A graduate of DeVry University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, joined Mega-Gig Services in 2009. Has a strong background in customer service, marketing, project management, and sales with more than eight years experience under his belt. Joined Mega-Gig Services to help further raise awareness and make our company a household name, offering reliable and affordable computer repair services.
